Today I’m going to show you the Naughty Nauticals Collection by Polish My Life that is launching Friday 17^th March at noon EST. Итак, коллекция Naughty Nauticals состоит из 6 лаков текстуры крелле (крем+желе). Они не слишком сильно пигментированы, поэтому в большинстве случаев для плотного нанесения вам понадобится три слоя. При этом эти три слоя ложатся абсолютно идеально и быстро высыхают. Корректировать маникюр мне понадобилось, только когда я делала дизайны, и никаких проблем при этом у меня не возникло – лаки легко и быстро удаляются с кутикулы. И еще у них удобная кисть.

Лаки имеют неплохой глянец, но для свотчей я использовала топ Le Top Coat этого же бренда.

The Naughty Nauticals collection consists of 6 polishes with cremely formula (creme+jelly). Their pigmentation is not so intense so most of them will need three coats to become fully opaque. All the polishes go on smoothly without any issues and dry fast even in three coats. Their brushes are very convenient to use. I had to correct my many only when I was doing the designs and it was easy and simple.

The polishes are glossy, however I applied a coat of Le Top Coat - the top coat of the same brand – for the swatches.

Sexy Shoreline

Sexy Shoreline – крелле нюдового оттенка с каплей желтого. Этот цвет прекрасно смотрится на ногтях и отлично подошел к цвету моих рук. На фото нанесен в три слоя с топом Le Top Coat. Из-за того что я не сразу поняла, сколько лака надо набирать на кисть, на тех ногтях, где слой был слишком толстым, лак выдал мне несколько пузырей, которые исчезли после нанесения топа. Все остальные лаки я наносила тонкими слоями, и пузырей больше не появлялось.

Sexy Shoreline is a sheer nude cremely with a drop of yellow in its undertone. This color looks so flattering on my nails and it is just perfect for my skin tone. Three coats with Le Top Coat on the photos. At first the coats I was applying were too thick so I got a couple of bubbles that disappeared after I applied the top coat. These bubbles never appeared again with thin coats.

Drop It Like It's Yacht

Drop It Like It's Yacht довольно прозрачное слегка разбеленное желтое крелле. Неплохо наносится в три слоя, но на паре ногтей мне пришлось нанести и четвертый из-за белых полосок на ногтевом ложе, от которых я никак не могу избавиться. На фото – с топом Le Top Coat. По-моему, идеальный лак для создания весеннего настроения.

Drop It Like It's Yacht is a butter yellow cremely. This polish is rather sheer, it becomes opaque in three coats but I had to apply the fourth on a couple of nails as I have a problem with white spots on my nail bed. I think this one is just perfect for spring!

Tequila & Tankinis

Tequila & Tankinis – слегка разбеленное и припыленное оранжевое крелле. Этот лак имеет более кремовую текстуру, поэтому для плотного покрытия мне понадобилось всего два слоя.

Tequila & Tankinis is a subtle orange cremely. It seems to me that this polish has more creamy formula. Two coats are enough for opaque coverage.

These Beaches are Bold!

These Beaches are Bold! – ярко-красное крелле с теплым подтоном. Я бы сравнила этот оттенок с цветом спелого помидора! Это как раз тот редкий красный, который не уходит в малиновый или ягодный. Он мне очень понравился! К тому же, по сравнению с другими лаками, он более пигментированный и требует всего 2 слоя.

These Beaches are Bold! is a vivid orange based red cremely. Its color can be compared to a ripe tomato. This is that rare red color that has no berry undertone. It is so gorgeous! And it is more pigmented that other polishes so only two coats are needed.

Your Wildest Fanta-Sea

Your Wildest Fanta-Sea – крелле нежно-голубого оттенка. На ногтях он смотрится очень мило. =)))

Your Wildest Fanta-Sea is a delicate pale sky blue cremely. It looks so lovely on the nails! =)

Buoyant & Bouncy

Buoyant & Bouncy – крелле ярко-синего оттенка. Текстура этого лака в большей степени похожа на желе, он более прозрачный, но при этом оттенок кажется более сочным и глубоким.

Buoyant & Bouncy is a vibrant blue cremely. Thanks to its jelly-like and sheer formula it looks so juicy!

Все лаки в коллекции отлично подходят для дизайна, и особенно для градиента. Благодаря своей желейной текстуре ими можно создать идеальный переход цвета.

All the polishes are suitable for nail art, especially for gradient designs. Thanks to their cremely formula they blend together perfectly.

Я не слишком часто делаю градиенты, потому что потом надо долго оттирать кутикулу. Даже с защитой кутикулы лаку удается затечь туда, откуда его не выковыряешь. Но в этот раз коррекция обошлась без мата и проклинания всего. =)))

Поэтому вот! В маникюре использовала лаки Drop It Like It's Yacht, Tequila & Tankinis и These Beaches are Bold!, а также плиточку для стемпинга Spring 01 от Lina Nail Art Supplies.

Actually I don’t do gradient designs very often as it is such a dirty design. The nail polish manages to stain everything and run under the cuticles even if I use cuticle protector. But this time the correction was easy and fast. I even didn’t have a chance to start cursing =)))

So here it is! I used Drop It Like It's Yacht, Tequila & Tankinis and These Beaches are Bold! polishes, and Spring 01 stamping plate by Lina Nail Art Supplies.

Для второго дизайна (реверсивного стемпинга) я использовала лаки Sexy Shoreline, Tequila & Tankinis и These Beaches are Bold! и плитку для стемпинга Tropical 23 от MoYou London.

My second design is a reverse stamping with Sexy Shoreline, Tequila & Tankinis and These Beaches are Bold! polishes and Tropical 23 stamping plate by MoYou London.

И последний дизайн – это тоже реверсивный стемпинг, для которого я использовала лаки Your Wildest Fanta-Sea и Buoyant & Bouncy, а также плитку для стемпинга 06 от Creative Shop. Ну и слайдер Milv N336 удачно вписался.

And the last design is another reverse stamping mani. Here I used Wildest Fanta-Sea and Buoyant & Bouncy polishes and Creative Shop 06 stamping plate and made an accent with Milv N336 water decal.

Le Top Coat

Ну и напоследок скажу пару слов про топовое покрытие Le Top Coat. Во-первых, это топ сушка, и он действительно очень быстро сушит лак. При этом он придает покрытию отличный глянец, не был замечен в стягивании лака от кутикулы, а также защищает от УФ-лучей (я, правда, не уверена, что ногти тоже надо защищать =)))). Его недостаток состоит в том, что наносить его надо очень быстро, за пару движений, иначе он может оставить полоски на лаке. После высыхания они, правда, куда-то пропадают. На свотчах их не видно... даже на макро не видно... 😲 По-моему, это какой-то полтергейст. =)))

И я бы не рекомендовала использовать его со стемпингом. Все мои эксперименты на эту тему закончились смазыванием рисунка. Но он неплохо подходит для реверсивного стемпинга (я его делаю на коврике – сначала наношу топ, потом стемпинг, потом раскрашиваю). После высыхания он сохраняет гибкость и наклейку легко приклеить на ноготь без заломов.

And at last I’d like to say a couple of words about Le Top Coat. It’s a fast-drying top coat, really very fast-drying. It adds shine and depth to the manicure and doesn’t shrink on the nails. It also has UV-protection. However it should be applied fast in two or three quick and steady moves. Other way it can leave streaks on your mani. Well, actually they disappear when it gets dry. There are no visible streaks on my swatches, not even on close-up photos. =))) It seems to me that it is some witchcraft. 😲

And I wouldn’t recommend using it with stamping, as all my experiments ended up in smearing the design. However it is perfect for reverse stamping if you do it like me with the help of the silicone mat (at first I apply some TC to the mat, than stamp, than color and apply to the nail). It remains flexible after it gets dry and the decal can be stuck to the nail without creases.
